Crossroads Online Coaching is a specialised platform designed for women in midlife to provide them with the tools to navigate their personal journey whilst finding enjoyment and fulfilment in health & fitness.

Our online coaching programs are personalised to clients needs, whether that be weight management, increasing muscle mass, improving endurance or training for a certain race or event.

Alongside this we focus on lifestyle, habits and wellbeing to empower women with the tools to build a resilient and confident mindset to help in all areas of their lives.

We use in-app nutrition tracking and progress check-ins to help clients to form healthy relationships with food and develop positive habits.
