The way I work with my clients is a little different to other PT’s.
I don’t want you to rely on me forever, I am here to give you the knowledge, skills and confidence to walk into any gym and feel like you belong there. Our sessions will help you to lift weights safely, to progress and to really get to know (and love) your body.
I will work with you on movement, mindset and nutrition to make health & fitness an enjoyable part of your lifestyle.

For clients who are local to the Richmond/Twickenham area. These sessions will teach you the fundamentals of strength training and conditioning plus help you to become more confident in the gym environment.

For clients who would like to work with me online. This can include online PT sessions, technique analysis, nutrition plans and personalised programs to help you towards your goals.

A holistic whole body approach to being the healthiest and happiest version of yourself. We will work together on mindset & habits, nutrition, hormone health and movement. The aim is to help you to thrive not just survive.
