A nice coach is a mentor, friend and someone you look forward to seeing every week. A tough coach is someone who pushes your limits, breaks down your barriers and (to be honest), someone you sometimes want to punch in the face. The best coach is someone that embodies these two traits and Sarah is definitely the best coach.

I have finally found someone who takes a holistic approach to my health and fitness, someone who genuinely cares about my current and future wellbeing. Sarah has helped me build a lifestyle that works for ME. She has taken every element into consideration (food preferences, time limits, fitness goals) and built a plan I can follow without feeling like I am following a plan.

The best part is that she has empowered me with the skills to continue this lifestyle on my own (give a man a fish – you know what I mean). She sees the mind and body as an entangled web instead of two separate entities; one cannot thrive without the other.
