There is nothing more important to us midlife women than to build a strong resilient body. Weight training is an essential part of this and we provide progressive easy to follow programs to build lean muscle mass and develop a strong physique for life. Form and technique can be monitored online to ensure all clients move well and safely both at home or in the gym.


HYBRID

Coupling conditioning with strength training is the fastest way to build lean muscle mass and regulate weight in midlife. At this time in our lives our bodies respond well to high intensity training so our Hybrid programs are designed to lift heavy then move fast and get a sweat on.


RUNNING

We are huge believers in the importance of longer cardio sessions for healthy hearts and minds. Midlife can be an anxious and confusing time so time spent outdoors focussing on moving our bodies and breathing can be so beneficial. We really encourage our clients to sign up for events or races, to have a tangible goal to work towards with our help.
